Yes, I agree, they are quite bad and slow, and the layout is appalling. Once there are a few messages on it, it looks overcrowded.

At one time, Bravenet was the best BBS system that I'd found. However, many of my visitors complained about error messages during peak times. It is one to keep an eye on - a few improvements would raise its rating in my opinion.

Slow and cumbersome. They deleted my message board because of the Pagan content, aka religious discrimination. I definitely would never recommend them.
